All S.Rituelle orders are packed and shipped from our Australian fulfilment location. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:
- Standard Shipping - AU $11.00, estimated 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping - AU $15.00, estimated 1-3 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and are provided by our shipping carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
International shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and most of the European Union, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. Please get in touch via our Contact page if you have a question about shipping to your location.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
While we take care to package every order securely, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control once a parcel has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. S.Rituelle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
